In a telephone conversation, Bill was asked how he liked the system... his reply was "My (Basement Systems) system works DANDY!! " I didn't understand or know much about basement water issues at all". I thought it was water table like everyone else and didn't understand the concrete wall issues until Anita Renneberg came out and explained it all and we saw it for ourselves. "We took down the finished walls to find a tar and poly band-aid fix from the previous people". Other contractors proposed band-aid fixes too- nothing that was going to solve ALL the problems our basement would have. We installed, in June of 2012, 170' of WaterGuard, CleanSpace Wall Wrap and 2 Triple Safe Sump Pumps that Basement Systems Saskatchewan's Anita proposed. We installed it over a year ago and have been bone dry ever since!
