#1 What!...get me out of here!!!
This is weeping tile that is dumping into a crawlspace to create this swamp - it was not a solid pipe.
#2 How much mud will a sump pump pump til the sump pump doesn't dump dump?
Yikes... what can I say? There is a good chance that this sump pump won't be in this world long.
#3 We drained the swamp with crushed rock and a sump pump.
Yards and yards of crushed rock are added to stabilize the soil and add drainage without the mud. The ridiculous interior weeping tile is replaced by a solid pipe capable of delivering any water picked up in the exterior weeping tile directly to the sump pump.
#4 Rotted floor joist and moldy rotted subfloor gotta go!
This is why the floor felt "spongy" and the basement stunk! The high humidity in the crawlspace rotted many of the floor joists and the moldy rotted subflooring needed to be removed and replaced as well. Don't let this happen to your home- call us to inspect & fix your crawlspace before it gets this bad!
#5 No more swamp, no more odors, no more monster!
CleanSpace Crawlspace encapsulation put in to seal the swamp so that it's gone forever- although it can't be laid flat due to the grading, pipes and anomalies, it sure looks amazing clean and white... "the ambience is delightful"! – Words straight from our happy & satisfied customer!
