Are you a "Perfect Prospective Customer"?
Most of our Basement Customers have relatively the same profile:
- Have a home (1945 & newer) with a concrete or block wall foundation that has water or moisture seepage issues.
- Either have an unfinished basement and want to do waterproofing repairs properly ONCE and then finish the basement into useable space.
- Or have a finished basement that has mold and moisture issues that need to be removed. This Customer understands that the finished walls on the foundation need to come down, the water issues properly repaired ONCE and then they can replace the finished walls.
- Or want to renovate their existing old musty basement into a "state of the art" basement by waterproofing it properly first (so they then can put in entertainment rooms, Jacuzzi's, home gym's, extra bathrooms and bedrooms to name a few).
- Or want to sell the home but do not want to sell with unresolved water problems and be forced to accept a much lower price than the homes value.
Most of our CrawlSpace Customers have:
- Odor issues in the home arising out of the dirt crawlspace.
- Humidity and mold problems that cannot seem to be contained (and they've tried everything!)
- 4-level split homes where the 2nd floor is raised over a dirt crawlspace at the basement floor level.
- New homes or cabins where the Homeowner is aware of crawlspace issues and decides to properly install a crawlspace encapsulation system from the get-go.
- Crawlspaces that have excessive water issues and need to have sump systems installed.
Most of our SaniDry™ Sedona Dehumidifier and Air System Customers have:
- Air quality issues arising from humidity and mold — the basement smells dank and musty and the homeowner doesn't like going down there. The carpet smells bad and the bedroom linens always smell musty.
- The homeowner has a crawl space that has been encapsulated and to finish the repair properly, understands that the humidity must be kept at a proper level.
- Have family members who have asthma or are sensitive to irritants in the air quality of the home.
- Have cats, dogs, or other pets in the home and have issues with animal dander and odors.
Most of our Thermal Dry Floor Products Customers:
- LOVE our snap-together, do-it-yourself, Water Resistant floor tiles that have a finished look of Sandstone, Canyon Beige tile, or Mocha Carpet
- Have a newly renovated basement where they want the new carpets to be off the floor and stay dry on top of the Thermal Dry Floor Matting, or want a warmer and better-looking sub-floor material than plain concrete, as they have no plans to put carpet it.
- Want a product that hides the white fuzzy efflorescence that sometimes forms on the floors, and a sub-floor that is removable, can be sanitized, and reused again if a sewer backup ever happens, with a product that is not ruined the first time water gets to it like a sub-floor containing wood would be.
If any of the above descriptions fit you, and you live in Saskatchewan;

What Basement Systems Saskatchewan DOES NOT DO:
- We do NOT do concrete foundation pours, piering, or structural repairs. Don't call us if you are looking to build a new home and want a basement poured. Don't call us if you have structural problems with the foundation of your house. Don't call us if you need to stabilize a foundation wall that's bowing in. Don't call us if you have a driveway or concrete pad that you want fixed. We are waterproofing specialists and stick to what we know best… Waterproofing!
- We do NOT do wall crack repairs in Saskatchewan…The temperature range from –40 degrees to +30 degrees creates so much expansion and contraction that we feel we cannot properly warranty crack filling. Properly repairing the entire basement ONCE for all the problems that will occur makes more sense.
- We do NOT do Wood Basement waterproofing at this time. We have ideas on a method that would allow us to properly waterproof a wood basement design but need to find an Engineer that will put an approval stamp on the method. Hopefully it won't be long. We can help you with the humidity issues and the flooring products though.
- We do NOT do the Total Basement Finishing at this time — are in the process of finding a quality Journeyman Carpenter to do this work......soon! We do NOT do any carpentry work, electrical or plumbing to finish basements.
We are Waterproofing Specialists and stick to what we know best.... Waterproofing!
